Poppy Blocks for Camp Mystic Sit and Sew
We have reached out to Connie Kortz at My Fabric Friends in Victoria, Texas to help her make poppy blocks for quilts to be donated to Camp Mystic for next year’s campers, staff and counselors.
According to Connie, " I envision for every bed to be covered with a poppy quilt when those little girls come back next year and know that the entire nation is wrapping them in a hug."
We will collect completed blocks and send them in two shipments.
First turn in date: on or before August 30, 2025.
Second turn in date: on or before September 30, 2025.
Instructions for making the quilt blocks are available in the shop.
