Sit & Sew for Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association
Similar to Quilts of Valor, this organization collects quilts for their members. They also collect quilt blocks that a group of dedicated quilters make into quilts. Our instructor, Patricia Smith, is the wife of a Vietnam Helicopter pilot. Patricia would like to send them as many quilt blocks as possible.
From July 1 through August 30, for each block you bring to Quilt Among Friends, you will receive a ticket for a prize drawing. The Grand Prize will be a quilt made by Patricia herself!
Pick up the instructions for the quilt blocks when you sign up for the class.
