Getting to Know Your Sewing Machine
In this class, you will learn that many things can affect the quality of your stitching – tension, needle plate, feed dogs, hand wheel and thread delivery. While all these are very important, even more important is the routine care that certain parts of your machine need on a regular basis – this can prevent an expensive trip to the sewing machine repair shop. You can do some simple maintenance at home to keep your machine operating at it’s best. You need to bring the machine you use the most, but you will learn some differences in the other 2 types of machines. The shop has the supply list for this class, so please be sure to pick it up in advance.
